Job Title: Senior Real Estate Paralegal

Location: Chicago

Salary: Up to $165,000

The firm advises major institutional investors, developers, owners, lenders, and corporate clients on sophisticated real estate matters across the full property lifecycle, from acquisitions and development through leasing, financing, and dispositions.

The Role

• Support attorneys on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing matters
• Manage transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing
• Coordinate title, survey, entity, UCC, and other due diligence matters
• Prepare and organize closing documentation and transaction files
• Work closely with attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel
• Develop hands-on experience in commercial leasing alongside an established transactional real estate background

The Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years of real estate paralegal experience
• Strong commercial real estate transactional experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple complex matters and competing deadlines
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Interest in expanding into commercial leasing

Education

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies (or related field) required or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or Paralegal certificate with related transactional experience
