Live Hydration Spa is seeking an experienced, motivated Registered Nurse to serve as our Full-Time Nurse Manager. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about wellness, client care, team development, and helping drive business growth.

As Nurse Manager, you will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure compliance with medical protocols, support and mentor staff, and help create an exceptional experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional IV therapy, wellness, and injection services
• Lead daily clinical operations and maintain smooth spa functionality
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of nursing staff
• Assist with inventory management and cost control
• Promote a positive, collaborative team culture
• Deliver outstanding customer service and client care
• Help drive revenue growth and achievement of spa goals

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (leadership experience preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and IV skills
• Experience in wellness, aesthetics, emergency medicine, infusion therapy, or med spa environments preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Passion for health, wellness, and client education

Incentive Eligibility Requirements

To remain eligible for monthly incentives, the Nurse Manager must:

• Work 40 hours per week or utilize approved PTO
• Maintain all clinical, safety, and compliance standards
• Uphold Live Hydration Spa protocols and documentation requirements
• Complete required training and assist in team development
• Keep controllable expenses within budget
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional client care

Additionally, the spa must maintain posted operating hours unless an approved exception applies. Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of that month's bonus. [FT Nurse M...suggestion | Outlook]
