About this opportunity

About Omaha Integrative Care

Omaha Integrative Care (OIC) opened in 2011 as Nebraska's first integrative healthcare practice. We built it to prove that healthcare can be done differently: kind to the people who provide it, excellent for the people who receive it, and sustainable as a business.

Under one roof, our team offers primary care, psychiatry, therapy, occupational therapy, acupuncture, massage, yoga, and RESET, our program for organizational wellbeing. We treat the whole person, mind, body and spirit, and we collaborate across disciplines because the best care rarely comes from one perspective.

We lead the same way we heal. OIC runs on a collective leadership model: providers have a real voice, clinical Anchors lead their teams, and decisions are made with input from the people closest to the work. Our values are integrity, compassion and self-compassion, respectful communication, inclusivity, lifelong learning, and meaningful collaboration.

We are growing, and we are looking for a Clinical Director to help lead our next chapter.

The role

The Clinical Director leads all of OIC's clinical providers: therapists, provisionally licensed clinicians, medical and psychiatric APRNs, occupational therapy, and our student clinicians. Clinical Anchors and supervisors report to this role.

This is a leadership seat, not an operations seat. Our COO owns operations, billing, and administration, so the Clinical Director can focus fully on people, care, and growth. You will work closely with our founder and our COO as part of a small leadership team shaping where OIC goes next.

The role carries a partial clinical caseload, because we believe clinical leaders stay strongest when they stay in the room with patients.

What you'll do
  • Lead and develop providers. Support each provider's growth, engagement, and practice-building, with clear expectations and honest, caring feedback.
  • Build clinical leadership. Develop the Anchors and supervisors each program needs, and grow a team that shares leadership rather than routing everything to one person.
  • Own clinical care and standards. Set and uphold standards of care, documentation, and clinical consistency across disciplines, and connect providers to the why behind them.
  • Ensure strong supervision. Make sure every provisionally licensed clinician and student has qualified, consistent supervision.
  • Grow the clinical team strategically. Shape hiring and program growth around patient needs and OIC's goals, including our integrated behavioral health and Collaborative Care work and our student pipeline.
  • Partner on performance. Work with the COO on provider productivity and practice health, using data to support providers, not just measure them.
  • Carry the culture. Model the collaborative, compassionate culture that makes OIC a place providers want to stay.
Who you are

You get excited about building a culture where providers feel supported in their growth and patients receive excellent care. You are warm and direct: you can hold a provider you respect to a standard, kindly and clearly. You are as comfortable with a scorecard as you are in a supervision session.

Required

  • Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in Nebraska, in any discipline: for example LIMHP, LICSW, LMHP, psychologist, APRN, or physician
  • At least 5 years of clinical practice, with recent direct patient care
  • At least 3 years leading or supervising clinicians, ideally across more than one discipline
  • Comfort using data to understand and support provider performance

Preferred

  • Experience in integrated behavioral health or Collaborative Care
  • Qualifications to supervise provisionally licensed mental health practitioners in Nebraska
  • Experience building leadership teams, training programs, or student pipelines
  • Familiarity with integrative or whole-person models of care
Compensation and benefits
  • Base salary of $95,000 to $120,000, depending on licensure and clinical caseload
  • Productivity incentive on clinical work above the caseload target
  • Health benefits
  • 401(k)
  • Wellness credits for OIC services
  • Flexible PTO
  • A full-time, on-site leadership role at our Omaha clinic
