Pivotal Pilates is a women-owned boutique Pilates brand dedicated to exceptional movement, personalized hospitality, and meaningful community connections. With our continued growth, we're seeking a driven, results-oriented General Manager to lead our teams, accelerate membership growth, and oversee business operations across both locations.

The General Manager is responsible for driving revenue, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong sales background, an ownership mentality, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Drive Sales & Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed membership and revenue goals through proactive sales strategies, lead conversion, and team coaching.
• Lead & Develop the Team: Recruit, train, motivate, and hold team members accountable while fostering a positive, results-driven culture.
• Oversee Studio Operations: Manage daily operations across both locations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and exceptional studio standards.
• Elevate the Client Experience: Deliver high-touch hospitality, strengthen member relationships, improve retention, and resolve client concerns professionally.
• Monitor KPIs & Performance: Track sales, revenue, conversion, and retention metrics, implementing action plans to drive continuous improvement.
• Support Business Growth: Collaborate with ownership on strategic initiatives, local partnerships, community outreach, and marketing efforts.

• Proven Sales Leadership: You have a track record of hitting sales goals and know how to coach others to sell naturally through connection and understanding needs.
• Management Experience: You’re an empowering manager who leads by example, loves developing talent, and stays cool, clear, and organized in a bustling environment.
• Hospitality Core: You naturally bring warmth, polish, and professionalism to every client interaction and conflict resolution.
• Boutique Studio Passion: You love wellness, movement, and the energy of a boutique community (fitness, Pilates, or wellness experience is a major plus!).
• Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfortable with studio management software (Mindbody or similar) and quick to learn new tools.
• Multi-Location Flexibility: Able to work on-site at both our Matawan and Colts Neck locations.
