As our Miami office continues to grow, we’re looking for ambitious graduates and junior professionals who are ready to build a career in sales and recruitment. What You'll Be Doing
- Developing new business through sales, prospecting
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Learning how to pitch and sell recruitment solutions
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates across the technology market
- Managing candidate and client relationships
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Building your own network and specialist market
- Working towards clear sales and revenue targets
Who We're Looking For
- A recent or upcoming graduate
- A competitive athlete
- Someone with 1–3+ years of sales experience
- From a business development or customer-facing background
- Have a strong passion for sales
- Looking to make a career change into a high-performance environment
