Social Media Accounts Manager & Content Creator (Hiring Immediately)

Social Media Accounts Manager — Full Time.

SocialMind is looking for a creative, experienced Social Media Account Manager to join our team full-time. This is a remote position, but you must live in South Florida and be available for on-site client filming when needed. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or legally permitted to work in the U.S.

Salary: Starting at $50,000/year, increasing to $60,000/year after successful completion of the onboarding period (First 3 month).

You’ll manage approximately 13–15 client accounts, communicate directly with clients, and own the content process from concept through posting. You’ll create content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, carousels, long-form videos, mashups, B-roll and polished promotional content.

We're looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling. You should have a strong sense of humor, excellent visual instincts and great timing, with a solid understanding of hooks, pacing, retention and storytelling. You’ll turn client features and ideas into content that teaches, entertains and sometimes makes people laugh.

You must be highly proficient in CapCut; Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus. You should be skilled in transitions, music, voiceovers—including using your own voice—face tuning and natural video enhancement. You need a strong eye for spacing, balance, typography, visual hierarchy and intentional framing, including knowing when CAPITAL LETTERS work and when they don’t. Closed captions must always be accurate.

This role also includes filming client content when needed, appearing on camera for certain client accounts, editing, writing copy and posting content.

Requirements: At least 1 year of experience managing social media for businesses, excellent English writing skills, strong teamwork and client communication skills, South Florida residency, and the ability to share examples of Reels/content you’ve personally created.
