Assistant Store Manager - Crystals

Position Overview

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading and developing the sales and to support the team in maximizing clientele experience and achieving sales, profitability and service goals.

Job Duties

Sales

Support Store Manager in driving store productivity and profitability and achieving sales goals.

Maintain a high level of customer service at all times within the store environment.

Educate clients with the most current product knowledge.

Build and grow customer base.

Support team members to achieve store sales goals.

Ensure prompt follow up with client purchases, repairs and inquiries.

Resolve customer service issues quickly and effectively.

Operations

Ensure all opening and closing store procedures occur in a timely and efficient manner.

Support store schedule creation and ensure integrity of time and attendance.

Support the Store Manager in the economical and operational management of the store in compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Partner with the Store Manager in running the day–to–day store operations.

Assume all Store Manager’s responsibilities in their absence.

Aid in maintaining loss prevention standards and preventing shrinkage.

Assist in conducting monthly inventory counts and in reconciling inventory discrepancies.

Maintain a luxury environment in the store with merchandise displayed as directed.

Maintain a neat and well organized stockroom, properly receiving merchandise and controlling damages.

Promote a positive working environment through effective communication amongst peers, Management and Corporate Office.

Human Resources

Assist Store Manager with hiring, training, motivating and retaining a team of qualified associates.

Partner with Store Manager to provide regular feedback and counseling on performance of sales team.

Ensure all Human Resources paperwork is processed correctly and in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with all corporate standards, policies and initiatives.
