Fresh opportunity for a Functional Consultant/ Analyst, with skills in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation, to join the delivery team at my award winning MS Partner client.

Responsibilities
- Project analysis, requirement gathering and design - conducting client workshop's and developing functional design documentation
- Strong expertise around the sales order process and areas surrounding
- Hands on within the functional configuration and user acceptance testing of newly designed features and development
- Supporting customers in training key users and overseeing go-live to ensure a smooth transition onto their new D365 CE platform
Skills & Qualifications
- Experienced in the functional implementation of Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE end to end (from either end customer or partner perspective)
- Strong understanding in one of more core modules, including sales, marketing, customer service, field service
- Full project lifecycle expertise
- Methodical and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively within a team or independently
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a confident approach to customer interaction and stakeholder management
