About this opportunity
I'm actively recruiting a new Business Analyst position for a utilities company based in Chicago that provides equipment and services for electric power transmission. The ideal person will have experience across ADP Workforce Management (WFM) and Payroll systems
It is a remote position and it is a full time direct hire opportunity.
This role will lead the optimization of HR and payroll operations across our North American manufacturing facilities.
Ideally you will have experience with:
Hands-on experience with solutions such as ADP Workforce Now, ADP Enterprise V6, ADP Celergo, and ADP Workforce Manager
Supporting payroll compliance, audits and reporting
Design, implementation and optimization of system integrations
Lead integration between ADP and other systems
