In This Role, You’ll
- Source and recruit top candidates
- Partner with clients and support active searches
- Build relationships with professionals across industries
- Contribute to business development efforts
- Work closely with experienced recruiters and leadership
- 4+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily
- Tech-savvy (LinkedIn, CRM tools, sourcing platforms)
- Motivated, competitive, and team-oriented
