We are looking for an experienced, organized, and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing team!
đč KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage multiple construction and security systems projects from contract award through completion and closeout.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, documentation, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field installation teams.
- Manage material procurement, equipment coordination, and project costs.
- Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and provide updates to management.
đč QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in construction or security systems project management.
- Experience in gate automation, electrical/low-voltage systems, or government contracting is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
