What You'll Be Doing

As a Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from groundbreaking through final delivery, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of quality and execution.

You'll work closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors while playing a pivotal role in bringing some of DC's most impressive residential projects to life.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience managing residential construction projects as a Construction Manager, Superintendent, Project Manager or similar field leadership role.
• Experience delivering custom homes, luxury residences, townhomes, apartments, or high-end renovation projects.
• Ability to lead projects from start to finish while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate trades, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Local to the Washington DC area and comfortable with a hands-on, site-based leadership role.
