Trial Attorney – Serious Injury Trial Team

Gomez Trial Attorneys is hiring a Trial Attorney for our Serious Injury Trial Team. We are one of California’s leading plaintiffs’ firms, and we represent people whose lives have been changed by catastrophic injuries. This role is for a lawyer who wants to try cases, not just process them.
The Role
You will work alongside experienced trial lawyers on high-value cases. You will take on real responsibility from the start: working directly with clients, taking and defending depositions, handling motion practice, and preparing for and participating in trial. You will learn by doing, with mentorship from a team that tries cases and wins.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of litigation experience (plaintiffs’ personal injury experience is a plus)
- A strong work ethic and real commitment to clients
- A team player who does well in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
- A desire to grow as a trial lawyer
- Active California State Bar membership
- Spanish fluency is a plus
Compensation
We offer a generous base salary plus bonuses tied to case resolutions. When the team wins for our clients, you share in that success.
