FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY | SAN DIEGO, CA
Stark & D’Ambrosio, LLP is looking for a Family Law Attorney to join our San Diego family law practice.
We are seeking a litigation-ready attorney who can manage cases and clients and is looking for autonomy, meaningful mentorship, and a collaborative team environment.
What you'll do:
- Handle divorce, custody, support, property division, discovery, RFOs, hearings, settlement conferences, and litigation.
- Develop case strategy, draft pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, and appear in Family Court.
- Negotiate with opposing counsel and counsel clients through complex family law matters.
- Build strong client relationships while working collaboratively with attorneys and experienced support staff.
What we're looking for:
- California Bar admission in good standing.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- Comfortable handling contested matters and appearing in court.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload and exercise sound legal judgment.
- Collaborative, professional, and interested in continuing to grow as a family law practitioner.
