MUST HAVE Requirements of the role:

• Christian faith based organization experience or seeking to join that type of org.
• Must have great communication skills because you will be working with the business stakeholders.
• BI tools and platforms such as PowerBI (most desired)
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience/understanding of Machine Learning (ML) platforms (ex. Co-pilot, Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic)
• 2+ years experience as a BA (Business Analyst)
• Experience working with SQL and both analyzing and reporting on the findings.
• SQL AND Python are required

The company is based in Ohio and the selected candidate must already live here. I will not consider people that do not. This preference is so that we can occasionally meet in person to create a stronger bond with the team. I will be only screening Ohio candidates.

This is an immediate need. I am looking to speak with devout Christian faith based (or folks relocating here on their own) Business Analysts with experience with data experience in a SQL Server PowerBI environment.

You will be working within a growing team and learning from the AI and Data Architect directly.

This role is an individual-contributor role responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering practical AI-enabled solutions that solve real business problems across different areas of the organization. This role owns and prioritizes the backlog of current and future AI/AI Solutions projects, partners closely with both business stakeholders and engineering teams to

turn needs into working solutions, and serves as a warm, approachable, customer-facing resource for departments exploring how AI can improve their work.
