About this opportunity

Franchise Attorney (Salaried Position – Remote, U.S.-Based)

Are you a franchise attorney who’s ready to ditch the stuffy office vibe? Drumm Law is a nationally ranked, 100% virtual law firm with a 'suit and tie not required’ mentality.  We’re growing, and we’re looking for great talent to join our team. If you’re a seasoned franchise attorney who’s looking for flexibility and a team that gets it, keep reading.

Who Thrives at Drumm Law?

Independent Pros: You have at least 4 (ideally 5–10) years of franchise law experience- particularly working directly with franchisors. You’re confident handling FDDs, answering client questions, and delivering quality work with minimal supervision.

Strategic Advisors: You know franchise disputes, franchisee relationships, and franchise documents inside and out. Drafting notices of default, settlement agreements, amendments, and providing strategic advice to franchisors is second nature for you.

Laid-Back, But On It: We’re not your typical law firm. We value humor, authenticity, and friendly collaboration. Personality is a must! (Check out www.drummlaw.com/drummlaw-ads).

Responsive Communicators: Even though we’re remote, staying connected is key. Prompt communication with our team and clients during business hours is critical—this isn’t a “disappear for days” kind of gig.

What Makes Drumm Law Different?

Flexible Yet Full-Time: We take work-life balance seriously, which is why our annual billable requirement is just 1,500 hours.

No Book of Business Required: We don’t expect you to bring in clients so you can focus on lawyering, not business development.

Autonomy: Take ownership of your work, complete projects independently, and collaborate with a team that trusts you.

Remote Work Done Right: We’ve been 100% virtual since 2010 – before it was cool.
