Data Engineer (Full-time)

Role Description The Data Engineer (Full-time) will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure that support analytics, reporting, and product functionality. Working on-site in Miami, FL, this role will involve collaborating with software developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, secure, and accessible. Day-to-day tasks include implementing and optimizing ETL processes, managing data warehousing environments, modeling data to support business intelligence tools, and troubleshooting data-related issues. The Data Engineer will also help improve data quality, performance, and reliability, and contribute to ongoing data architecture and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing to build and maintain scalable data infrastructure.
• Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling and Data Analytics to support reporting, dashboards, and decision-making.
• Candidates should possess skills in Extract Transform Load (ETL) tools and processes to design efficient, reliable data pipelines.
• Experience with SQL and one or more programming languages commonly used in data engineering (such as Python, Java, or Scala).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in legal technology, enterprise software, or professional services environments is a plus.
