If you've spent the last few years at a larger CPA firm, you might be wondering whether moving somewhere smaller would actually make much difference to your working life.

This established West Palm Beach CPA firm has been around since the 80s, and people tend to stay. Not because they're stuck, but because they're genuinely happy there.

One of the Partners has a pretty simple philosophy: "Family comes first. Always." and from what I've seen and heard from those 2 I helped get a job here, they actually mean it.

Busy season doesn't really ramp up until March, with hours typically peaking at around 50 to 55 for a few weeks before April 15. There's hybrid flexibility, approachable Partners and none of the unnecessary hierarchy you might be used to.

You'll still have plenty of responsibility, managing your own clients, reviewing returns and supporting junior staff, but you'll have the freedom and support to do your job properly.

What they're looking for:

• Strong recent Public Accounting tax experience, ideally at Tax Manager level or a Senior ready to step up.
• Experience reviewing 1040, 1041, 1065 and 990 returns
• Solid experience with HNW individuals, Partnerships, Trusts and Non Profit organisations
• Confidence managing client relationships and reviewing the work of junior staff
• CPA or EA preferred

Form 990 experience is particularly important, as the firm has an established Non Profit client base.
