We specialize in life insurance, estate planning, and retirement strategies, and we're growing our team of advisors in Seattle, Washington and remotely in CA, FL, GA, MA, MD, NY, OR, PA, TX.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for Financial Advisors to help clients secure their families' financial futures, with a focus on life insurance and annuities. You'll meet with clients, understand their goals, and build practical plans that cover protection, legacy, and retirement. This is an independent contractor (1099) position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Meet with individuals and families to assess their protection, estate, and retirement planning needs
• Recommend and design life insurance solutions that fit each client's goals and budget
• Build retirement income and estate planning strategies alongside life insurance coverage
• Explain policy options, benefits, and trade-offs clearly so clients can make confident decisions
• Grow and manage your own client base through referrals, networking, and ongoing follow-up
• Conduct regular reviews so client plans stay current as their lives change
• Support clients through applications, underwriting, and claims
• Maintain all required state licensing and comply with applicable insurance regulations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Life and health insurance license in the state where you'll work – preferred. If you don't have one yet, you'll be required to obtain it within 2 months of starting, and we'll support you through the process
• Bachelor's degree in a financial field such as Finance, Accounting, or Economics (required)
• Previous experience in financial services, insurance, retirement/estate planning, or customer service (preferred)
• An existing client base or professional network (a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently and with clients one on one
• Integrity and a client-first mindset
