Job Summary
We are seeking a client-focused Wealth Planner to support financial advisors in providing comprehensive wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals and families. This role focuses on financial planning, investment analysis, portfolio reviews, and maintaining existing client relationships. This is a client-facing role with no business development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update comprehensive financial plans.
- Prepare cash-flow projections, tax calculations, and estate planning analyses.
- Assist with portfolio reviews, asset allocation, investment proposals, and tax-loss harvesting.
- Coordinate with accountants, estate attorneys, and financial advisors.
- Prepare for client meetings and follow up on client requests.
- Monitor clients’ financial situations and ensure excellent client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of financial services experience.
- Experience with high-net-worth clients, financial planning, tax accounting, or trust and estate planning.
- Series 65 or equivalent within 120 days of employment.
- CFP certification preferred or in progress.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Orion Advisor Technology experience preferred.
- Clean U-4 and regulatory record.
