As part of a growing international practice with offices across North America and strong ties to the French business community, we advise companies expanding into the United States and support their cross-border operations through increasingly complex tax and regulatory environments.

We are seeking an experienced International Corporate Tax Manager to join our team and play a key role in the continued growth of our international tax practice.

This is an opportunity to work closely with business owners, multinational groups, and firm leadership while advising on sophisticated international tax and cross-border matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Review complex U.S. corporate tax engagements for multinational and foreign-owned U.S. businesses.
• Advise clients on U.S. and international tax compliance requirements.
• Research and analyze complex international corporate tax issues.
• Support tax planning and advisory projects involving cross-border business operations.
• Collaborate directly with clients, business owners, and firm leadership to deliver practical tax solutions.
• Contribute to the technical excellence and growth of the firm's international tax practice.
• Serve as a trusted technical resource for tax professionals across the organization.

Qualifications

• Active CPA or EA license required.
• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong expertise in U.S. corporate and international taxation.
• Experience serving multinational companies, foreign-owned U.S. entities, or cross-border businesses.
• Strong technical review, tax research, and client advisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• French language proficiency is a strong plus.
