MN2S is a global talent booking and partnerships agency. We work with athletes, actors, influencers and artists where we book them for brand deals, live shows and events.

We have offices in Miami and London, and we're looking to add a senior agent to our Miami team.

The job is simple: take a deal from first email to signed contract. You'll work with brands and event organizers to understand what they need, find the right fit, negotiate fees and terms, and get it over the line.

You'll handle a steady flow of inbound leads, but you'll also go out and win new business. That means building your own pipeline of brands and event organizers, putting together proposals and pitch decks, and keeping your deals tracked in our CRM.

This is probably you if:

• You have 5+ years of experience in talent booking, brand partnerships, influencer marketing or a similar world

• You've closed deals in that world, and you can tell us about a few

• You have a strong network in entertainment, sport or brand marketing

• You are great at building relationships

• You are tech savvy

• People like you. You're charming, warm and easy to talk to, and clients want to pick up when you call

• You hate losing a deal. You chase, you push, and you don't take the first no as the final answer

• You're hungry and you want your pay to reflect what you bring in
