🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Technical Product Owner

📍 Location: Bethesda, MD

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week

Are you an experienced Technical Product Owner who enjoys turning business needs into impactful digital experiences? We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of an enterprise self-service kiosk solution.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Own product requirements, roadmaps, epics, user stories, and backlog prioritization.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, QA, architecture, and business stakeholders to drive end-to-end product delivery.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, defect resolution, and release readiness.
• Track dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery milestones.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional and offshore teams.
• Support integrated digital workflows involving backend systems and APIs.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Ownership, Product Management, or a related role.
• Strong experience with product roadmaps, requirements gathering, and backlog management.
• Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of backend integrations, APIs, and end-to-end digital product workflows.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and QA teams on testing, defect management, and releases.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum skills.

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with self-service kiosks, tablets, or check-in solutions.
• Exposure to payment processing or hospitality technology.
• Experience coordinating with distributed or offshore teams.
