🚨 HIRING: 2 Senior Finance Managers | Global Fintech | Midtown NYC 🚨

I’m partnering with a fantastic global fintech company in the heart of Midtown Manhattan that is looking to add two Senior Finance Managers to its growing finance team!

Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, these are exciting opportunities for commercially minded finance professionals who want to go beyond traditional reporting and make a real impact across the business.

Please note you must currently reside within daily commuting distance of Midtown NYC.

📍 Location: Midtown NYC

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid — 2 days in the office, 3 days remote

💡 Important: These are core FP&A roles, NOT accounting roles. The focus is on financial planning, forecasting, expense management, headcount analysis, and strategic business partnering.

📌 Role 1: Senior Finance Manager — Technology FP&A

Partner with the CTO organization, supporting technology-focused financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and headcount analysis. Work closely with technology leadership to drive financial visibility.

📌 Role 2: Senior Finance Manager — Corporate Functions FP&A

Partner with HR, Legal, and Operations, providing financial insights across budgets, forecasts, operating expenses, and headcount. Help business leaders understand performance, optimize spend, and make informed decisions.

As always, this is a permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried position (this is NOT a temp role or temp to perm).

💼 Compensation Package based on experience:

Between $120 - $160k base + 10-12% discretionary bonus

Who are you?

• Ideally coming out of a Financial Services or FinTech company
• Currently at a Managerial title and functionality
• A self-starter who can take initiative without a lot of hand-holding
• Sharp, polished, and confident in presentations to Senior and Executive Leadership
• Teachable, motivated, and able to ramp up quickly
• MBA is highly desirable
• 6+ years of experience

Exceptional communications skills are required. A great dynamic personality and the ability to work along your fellow colleagues is crucial. He or she must be able to effectively collaborate with individuals both inside and outside the company.
