Our client is a fast-growing, technology-driven tax firm is redefining the tax planning and preparation experience for high-earning individuals across the U.S. through a combination of modern software and deep tax expertise, we deliver proactive, data-driven tax solutions. Due to growth of the firm, they are looking to bring on a Tax Director to their team.
What You’ll Do
- Review complex individual (1040) and business entity tax returns
- Communicate directly with clients and partners to provide expert guidance
- Research U.S. tax code and emerging legislation to identify opportunities
- Liaise with tax authorities as needed
- Manage, train, and delegate work to staff accountants
- Collaborate with the technology team to improve automation and workflow efficiency
