Why This Role is Unique:
We’re seeking a coach in Colorado with dental office experience. Your understanding of the flow between front and back office will add immense value to our clients and set you apart in this coaching role.
What You’ll Do:
- Coach doctors & teams: Guide practices to run efficiently, profitably, and with less stress.
- Lead workshops & training: Facilitate group sessions that elevate team culture and systems.
- Strategize for growth: Help clients set and achieve goals in leadership, patient care, and business success.
- Bring office insight: Use your firsthand dental experience to connect deeply with teams and deliver real-world solutions.
- Commit to growth: Embark on ICF-accredited coach training and continuous professional development.

- Background within the dental field.
