Marketing & Design Specialist

Cuvée | In-House Marketing Team

Cuvée creates extraordinary travel experiences through a collection of 180 private residences across 18 destinations. Our dedicated local teams bring each stay to life through personalized service, exceptional hospitality, and curated experiences.

We are seeking a Marketing & Design Specialist who combines strong creative skills with expert-level HubSpot knowledge. This hands-on role will develop and execute weekly marketing campaigns, manage our marketing database, and design compelling digital and print materials—including the layout of Curated, Cuvée’s magazine. The ideal candidate has an eye for luxury design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to move projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & HubSpot

  • Plan, build, and execute weekly email marketing campaigns highlighting our residences, destinations, experiences, and travel opportunities.
  • Create and manage HubSpot campaigns, automated workflows, and sales sequences in partnership with the sales team.
  • Develop targeted audiences and personalized communications based on client interests, travel history, and engagement.
  • Manage campaign production, including copy, design, scheduling, testing, and reporting.
  • Track results and recommend improvements to engagement, qualified inquiries, and bookings.

Database Management

  • Maintain an accurate, organized, and actionable HubSpot database.
  • Manage contact segmentation, list creation, data quality, duplicate records, and subscription preferences.
  • Partner with sales to ensure client information supports relevant outreach and timely follow-up.

Graphic Design & Magazine Production

  • Design polished marketing materials that reflect Cuvée’s luxury brand.
  • Own the layout and production of Curated magazine using Adobe InDesign, coordinating photography, copy, revisions, and final files.
  • Create email graphics, property collateral, brochures, presentations, and other sales and marketing assets.
  • Maintain consistent typography, imagery, formatting, and brand standards across digital and print materials.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and print partners to deliver accurate, production-ready files on schedule.

Planning & Execution

  • Maintain a marketing calendar with clear deadlines and deliverables.
  • Gather content and assets from destination teams, sales, and leadership.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and take ownership of quality, accuracy, and completion.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot, including email campaigns, workflows, sequences, segmentation, database management, and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with experience producing multipage publications and preparing files for print.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong design judgment across digital and print materials.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to execute recurring campaigns while managing larger creative projects.
  • A proactive, accountable approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with luxury, hospitality, travel, real estate, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

The compensation package offers a base salary and bonus range of $75,000 to $100,000, which will be determined based on your professional experience. In addition to cash compensation, the offer includes health benefits and equity via stock options.
