GroundMasters is growing its commercial team and FM Talent Partners is supporting two retained appointments:
1) National Business Development Manager – Snow & Landscaping Services
2) Business Development Manager – Denver
These are new-business roles for commercially minded sales professionals who can open senior relationships, build a qualified pipeline and win profitable work across snow removal, landscaping and related property services.
What you will do
- Win and grow commercial, property, facilities, industrial and multi-site accounts.
- Lead consultative sales, proposals, tenders, pricing and negotiations.
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision makers.
- Create a disciplined forecast and partner closely with operations.
Who fits
- B2B services sales experience with a genuine record of winning new business.
- Background in landscaping, snow and ice, facilities, property, industrial or an adjacent sector.
- For Denver: a strong local network or the energy to build one quickly.
- For the national role: confidence operating across multiple markets and complex accounts.
Location: National / Denver, Colorado. Package: competitive base plus incentive, confirmed during the initial conversation.
