The Role
The Grovery is looking for an experienced Account Supervisor, Healthcare & Patient Services who brings together two essential strengths: exceptional account leadership and a deep understanding of the life sciences and healthcare ecosystem. We're looking for someone who understands this world—not just the marketing side, but the broader ecosystem of patients, providers, payers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and the organizations that support them. Someone who can see the bigger picture, connect the dots, and bring meaningful insight to the table. And just as importantly, someone who knows how to run an account.
What You'll Do
As an Account Supervisor, you'll be a trusted partner to our clients and an active
contributor to the teams delivering their work. You'll:
- Own client relationships: Build trust, understand business objectives, anticipate needs, and ensure exceptional service.
- Bring healthcare expertise: Apply your knowledge of patient support, market access, reimbursement, and the patient journey to inform smarter solutions.
- Lead with accountability: Take responsibility for commitments, manage expectations, solve problems, and ensure things get done.
- Connect strategy to execution: Translate complex client challenges into clear direction for our strategy, creative, digital, and project teams.
- Think beyond the assignment: Identify opportunities to improve client experiences, strengthen programs, and deliver greater business value.
- Collaborate across disciplines: Help create the internal alignment that makes great work possible.
