VP. Intraday Liquidity Stress Testing

JCW Group has partnered with a leading global financial institution to hire a Vice President, Intraday Stress Testing in New York. You will join a small Corporate Treasury team and own the intraday liquidity stress testing framework, working across a high trade volume, product based environment. Responsibilities

• Lead development, execution, and ongoing enhancement of intraday liquidity and FMI stress testing frameworks, assumptions, scenarios, methodologies, and controls
• Conduct assumption based, scenario based intraday liquidity stress tests and report results, risk drivers, and remediation actions to senior management and committees
• Partner with Treasury, second line Risk, Operations, and Technology to improve data quality, reporting automation, and model transparency
• Translate firmwide liquidity and risk priorities into actionable testing, monitoring, and escalation processes, and support regulatory, audit, and internal governance requests

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in liquidity risk, liquidity stress testing, or Treasury within a large, complex financial organization, with intraday liquidity exposure preferred
• Strong knowledge of liquidity risk management and stress scenario design, with familiarity with clearing and settlement flows a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in math, engineering, statistics, computational finance, or economics preferred, with an MBA, CFA, or CPA/CA a plus
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and the ability to present insights in clear, concise materials; Python and SQL desirable
