Expert Budget/Finance Analyst Active TS/SCI or above,

If you have an active TS/SCI clearance, 20+ years of work experience, and 15 of those years in IC funding, we have a funded position for you! RTI Consulting LLC is the prime contractor on a contract located in Springfield, VA.

Candidate must have an active TS/SCI with CI or be willing to take a poly after starting work.

This position supports CIV PAY; experience with CIV PAY is a plus.

Skills and Experience: THIS IS A KEY POSITION - ALL REQUIRED MUST BE MET, AND 50% OF DESIRED MUST BE MET.

Required:

• Possess a Master’s degree or higher in a business-related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience

.• Demonstrated 15 years of specialized experience working with financial tools, e.g., Momentum

.• Demonstrated experience working with visualization and analytic tools, such as Tableau, R, and Python

.• Demonstrated 15 years of specialized experience in U.S. Intelligence-funded programs

.Desired: MUST MEET 3 of the 5 below

.• Demonstrated experience with DoD or other government agency key budget execution processes including: funds control, fund transfers, travel orders, and credit card purchases

• Demonstrated experience with fund execution policies for principal DoD appropriations

• Demonstrated experience with DoD and IC programs and budgets

• Demonstrated specialized experience resolving resource management issues in support of the DoD or IC community mission

• Demonstrated experience with the role of the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) in controlling and executing funds for a Service major command or a Defense Agency
