We Are Legal Revolution is working discreetly with a recognized Am Law ranked full service firm with a national platform seeking a mid level Labor and Employment Associate to join its Florham Park, New Jersey office on a Remote basis.
This is a high impact role within a well established labor and employment group handling sophisticated defense side litigation and counseling for major employers across key industries. The team offers direct partner access, substantive ownership of matters, and a clear platform for long term advancement on a national stage.

The Role
- Handle defense oriented employment litigation including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and related claims
- Advise employers on day to day counseling matters, policies, and compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and position statements with significant responsibility for written advocacy
- Manage discovery, witness preparation, and support hearings and conferences in state and federal forums
- Collaborate closely with partners and cross office teams, gaining direct client exposure and growing long term relationships
Ideal Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a mid level Labor and Employment Associate with:
- 4 to 5 years of substantive defense oriented employment litigation and counseling experience
- Strong research, brief writing, and analytical skills with experience managing day to day case work
- Admission to practice in New Jersey and New York required
- Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to high quality written work
- Ability to work in the Florham Park office at least 3 days each week
Compensation & Benefits
- $245,000 to $265,000 initial base salary, depending on experience
