Senior Manager, FP&A (Chicago, Hybrid)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing, global technology organization in Chicago to identify a Senior Manager, FP&A. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategy.

This individual will serve as a strategic finance partner to senior business leaders, providing the financial insight and analysis that helps guide investment decisions, resource allocation, and long-term planning. The role offers significant exposure across the organization and is ideal for someone who can go beyond reporting the numbers to explain what is driving performance and what the business should do next.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to leaders across technology, product, and operational functions
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for key areas of the business
• Develop financial models and scenarios to support investment and resource-allocation decisions
• Build and enhance profitability and contribution-margin reporting
• Analyze operating costs and key profitability drivers to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for strategic initiatives and investments
• Support annual planning and longer-term financial planning
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior leadership
• Prepare financial materials and insights for executive-level audiences
• Partner cross-functionally to improve forecasting, reporting, data quality, and financial processes
