This is an opportunity for an accomplished operational leader who understands the demands of commercial HVAC and can bring together people, processes and commercial priorities to drive strong business performance. The successful individual will play an important role in supporting the organisation's operational direction, strengthening execution and helping position the business for its next stage of development.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior operational leadership across the organisation's commercial HVAC activities.
• Support the development and execution of operational priorities, ensuring effective delivery against business objectives.
• Drive operational performance, accountability and consistency across teams.
• Work closely with leadership to improve processes, strengthen operational structures and support sustainable growth.
• Maintain a strong focus on project execution, service delivery, customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
• Support the effective management of resources, workforce requirements and operational capacity.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and overall business performance.
• Build strong working relationships across operational, commercial and technical teams.
• Contribute to business planning and decisions relating to future growth and operational development.
• Provide leadership and direction to teams, encouraging a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Significant operational leadership experience within commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting or a closely related building services environment.
• A strong understanding of commercial HVAC operations, including the practical and commercial demands of project and service delivery.
• Experience leading operational teams and managing performance within a contracting or service-based business.
• Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of operational profitability, resource utilisation and business performance.
• A track record of improving operational effectiveness, developing teams and supporting business growth.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to operational leadership.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, employees and senior stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, decision-making and driving accountability.
