Bright Minds is searching for an experienced Vice President of Power Delivery Operations for a leading electrical contractor specializing in transmission, distribution, and substation (T&D) construction. This executive leadership position will oversee regional operations, drive business growth, and ensure the successful execution of large-scale electrical infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional operations across transmission, distribution, and substation construction projects.
- Oversee project execution, financial performance, P&L, budgets, and profitability.
- Provide leadership and direction to operations managers, project managers, and field teams.
- Drive operational efficiency, safety, quality, and project performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with utility clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.
- Support strategic growth, workforce planning, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in electrical utility construction, including significant senior operations leadership experience.
- Strong background in transmission, distribution, and/or substation construction.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects, multiple crews, and regional operations.
- Strong financial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
- Established relationships within the utility and power delivery construction industry.
- Experience leading operations for a large electrical contractor or utility infrastructure construction company.
