Associate Veterinarian

We are working on behalf of a well established, full service practice in Valdosta, GA that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its team.

This is a small animal only role within a practice known for personalized, relationship focused care and a genuinely collaborative team environment. The caseload sits at a manageable 12 to 14 patients per doctor per day and covers wellness, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care, so there is real variety without the pace feeling relentless. Doctors are supported by a two to one staff ratio, skilled technicians, dedicated client service representatives, and a leadership team that is visible and involved day to day.

The hospital is well equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house labs, and a dedicated dental suite, which means you can work up your own cases properly rather than referring out by default. Compensation is built around base salary plus production with no negative accrual, so a quieter stretch never works against you, and a long term incentive cash program pays annual bonuses based on your production.

About You

• DVM or VMD from an accredited university, or an equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
• You hold, or are eligible for, licensure in Georgia
