Position Details:

• Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Primary Care
• Location: Binghamton, New York (Onsite)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Salary: $50,000–$100,000 annually
• Relocation Assistance: $5,000
• Joining Bonus: $15,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, intake, and telephone/in-person triage.
• Administer medications and immunizations, assist with examinations and minor procedures, and provide wound care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up instructions.
• Support chronic disease management, preventive screenings, and care coordination.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to deliver quality patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Active New York State RN license.
• Current BLS certification from AHA, HSI, or a client-approved provider.
• At least one year of experience in an acute care or ambulatory care setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous outpatient or primary care experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Work Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, with some clinics offering extended evening or weekend hours. Nurses may be required to float between multiple Primary Care locations in the Binghamton area. Mileage reimbursement is provided at $0.76 per mile for travel between locations.
