Position: Scrum Master (with Risk)
Location: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid, 3 days onsite in a week)

Key Responsibilities
- Support 2 Scrum Teams in parallel, facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving effective Sprint execution.
- Support SAFe PI Planning and PI Execution, including readiness, capacity, risks, dependencies, and PI objectives.
- Proactively identify risks, impediments, and delivery concerns early, driving mitigation and timely escalation.
- Maintain and enforce excellent Jira hygiene, ensuring accurate backlog, status, estimates, dependencies, releases/Fix Versions, and delivery tracking.
- Manage cross-team and cross-ART dependencies in alignment with established ART processes.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, RTE, Engineering Leads, and Business stakeholders to improve delivery predictability and transparency.
- Drive continuous improvement, accountability, and disciplined Agile practices within the teams.
- Hybrid Mode with minimum 3 days at Onsite/office.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 3–4+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience supporting multiple Scrum Teams simultaneously.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAFe, PI Planning, PI Execution, Scrum, and Jira.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and dependency management skills.
- Proactive, diligent, and delivery-focused, with strong attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience in Market Risk, Risk Technology, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Experience with Data Platforms, Risk Data Services, data pipelines, or data-intensive technology solutions.
- SAFe/Scrum certifications such as SSM, SASM, CSM, or PSM are advantageous.
