About this opportunity
We are working on behalf of a spacious, modern, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in San Diego, CA that is looking to welcome a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to its team.
This is a full-service, long-established practice that has been caring for its community for more than 40 years, with a loyal client base and an experienced support team behind it. The caseload is varied and genuinely interesting, covering wellness and preventive care, internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, and urgent cases, all supported by an in-house lab and pharmacy.

Whether you want to sharpen your surgical and dental skills or simply practice good medicine with a team that has your back, this is a hospital where professional growth is actively encouraged.
Compensation is strong, with a competitive base salary plus quarterly production and a no negative accrual option, and generous signing, retention, and relocation packages are available for qualified candidates.
