Experience: 8+ years overall IT experience preferred

Required Technical Skills:
- Core Java and Java 8+
- Spring Boot and Spring Framework
- Microservices architecture
- RESTful APIs and web services
- SQL and relational databases
- Object-oriented programming
- JUnit and Mockito
- Git and version control
- Debugging and performance optimization
- Enterprise backend application development
Preferred Experience:
- Banking or financial services domain
- Transaction processing or payment systems
- Secure, high-volume enterprise applications
- Production support and troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and maintain REST APIs and microservices.
- Optimize application performance and database interactions.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Charlotte, NC.
