Corporate Counsel

Robert Half is partnering with a growing national company in its search for a Corporate Counsel with 2+ years' experience. Reporting to the General Counsel and working alongside a collaborative team of attorneys, this corporate counsel is responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements across the company's various business lines. The position is hybrid, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote, based out of the Palm Beach office. The role offers wor life balance, strong benefits and unlimited paid time off.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and contractual risk, formulating negotiation strategies that protect the organization's interests while enabling business objectives
• Support ongoing enhancement of contract management processes, including new technology adoption, template standardization, and revision of standard contract templates
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the company's industry to ensure continued compliance
• Support data privacy, cybersecurity, litigation support, and mergers and acquisitions

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 2+ years of experience as a corporate, commercial, or transactional attorney, gained in house or at a law firm
• Demonstrated drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical capabilities, professional judgment, and discretion
• Familiarity with AI assisted legal technology tools
• Experience in data privacy or cybersecurity is a plus
