Director of Security Operations

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Director of Security Operations to join a growing client in the South Florida area. This is a permanent position, with a strong bonus and excellent benefits. A local candidate in SFL who can work hybrid is preferred, but we are open to remote candidates outside the local market. ***NO 3rd party or H1B. USC or GC only.

This person will be responsible for understanding the overall security posture for a growing healthcare company. This includes taking charge and making efforts to improve the overall security posture and being the player-coach when it comes to blocking and tackling security initiatives.

Snapshot of experience needed:

• Experience at Sr. Manager or Director level is required.
• Experience leading security initiatives and managing people is a must.
• Experience working within a Hybrid environment, preferably Azure.
• Experience with Cloud Security platforms such as Cloudflare or similar is required.
• Experience working in Healthcare HIPAA, PHI, and PCI is required.
• A firm understanding of the entire P1 lifecycle and experience using alerts to initiate a P1 Process.
• Experience working with SOCs such as ReliaQuest or similar.
• Experience with both infrastructure and DevSecOps is required. Proven experience working closely with development teams to improve security is highly preferred.
• This person needs to be technical enough to take charge and lead efforts that will improve the overall security posture.
• You will work closely with Network Operations on vulnerability management, PKI/SSL lifecycle management, and IAM.PAM tooling and Azure RBAC processes.
• Knowledge of the following technologies is preferred.

*LogMonitor-event and log management

*Illumio-Microsegmentation

*ReliaQuest-SOC

*Azure cloud

*Cloudflare-Web Security Platform
