Real Estate Sales Associate

Monday–Friday | 25 Hours per Week | Brickell, Miami

AJC Invests has been in business over 30 years, we are a  property management Family Office that manages 200 rental units , with our main office located in Brickell. With over 25 years of experience throughout Miami-Dade County, our portfolio consists of over 200 mix use units, including Office Buildings, Retail Centers, Apartment Buildings, and Residential Houses.

• We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team on a part-time basis.       
•  $30 per hour. Plus Bonus ranging in the $1000-$10,000 per sale. 
•  After 3 months this position can convert to FULL TIME Position with a higher pay rate.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in real estate a plus, cold calling experience a plus, strong communication skills, and a natural ability close are active available leases spaces and property that we have listed for sale. 

Recent college graduates with prior sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to real estate agents in the area to showcase our listing and arrange appointments. 
• Identify potential acquisition opportunities and motivated sellers.
• Generate and qualify leads for our real estate investment team and work the lead to a closing. 
• Build relationships with realtors that represent buyers and maintain consistent follow-ups and relationship building. 

Qualifications:Real estate cold-calling experience is required.

• Previous sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Recent college graduates preferred.

Compensation & Schedule:

• $30 per hour. Plus Bonus ranging in the $1,000-$10,000 range and after 3 months this position can convert to FULL TIME Position with a higher pay rate.
• 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Part-time, in-office position in Brickell, Miami.

Our team has assembled $20M development sites, Condo converted large apartment complexes in excess of $10M , rehabilitated luxury homes in the $3M-$5M price range, and purchased, renovated, and sold over 100 single-family residences.
