BulbGuy Lighting supplies commercial lighting products and provides installation, repair, and project services. We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused person to help manage the daily flow of customer requests, orders, service work, purchasing, and billing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of details and follows open items through to completion. You’ll work with customers and teammates across sales, service, warehouse, and delivery. Over time, the right person may grow into a broader leadership role within the business.

What you’ll do

• Respond to customer requests, prepare and follow up on quotes, enter orders, and confirm details.
• Receive service and installation requests and coordinate technician schedules.
• Keep customers and teammates informed as orders, deliveries, and projects move forward.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, inventory, order, and service records.
• Assist with purchasing, inventory replenishment, and vendor follow-up.
• Receive and apply payments, monitor accounts receivable, and professionally follow up on past-due balances.
• Track open commitments, resolve routine issues, and raise potential delays or problems early.
• Use established systems and procedures so others can readily see the status of each customer’s request or job.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, office operations, scheduling, purchasing, billing, or a similar role with multiple moving parts.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage priorities without repeated reminders.
• Clear, professional communication with customers, vendors, technicians, and coworkers.
• Comfort working with pricing, payments, inventory quantities, and other business numbers.
• Ability to learn and consistently use business software, spreadsheets, email, and shared records.
• Good judgment about when to solve a problem independently and when to involve others.

Experience in lighting, electrical supplies, distribution, construction, facilities, or Salesforce is helpful. Experience with inventory, accounting, order-entry, or scheduling software is also a plus.

Pay: Salaried Position $62,000 / Year
