Are you a Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity in a specialty practice? We are seeking a qualified and motivated advanced practice provider to join our team at an established allergy practice serving the Battle Creek, Jackson, and Lansing, Michigan areas.

This position is ideal for a provider seeking part-time work with a flexible schedule, including opportunities to provide coverage for other providers during vacations and planned absences.

Position Overview

• Position: Part-Time Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Specialty: Allergy & Immunology
• Location: Southwest Michigan — Battle Creek, Jackson, and Lansing areas
• Schedule: Part-time, with flexible scheduling based on practice needs
• Coverage: Provide temporary coverage for other providers during vacations and scheduled absences

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with allergic and immunologic conditions.
• Obtain patient histories, perform physical examinations, and develop treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat common allergy-related conditions, including allergic rhinitis, asthma, and other allergic disorders.
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education within the provider's scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care.
• Travel between designated Southwest Michigan office locations as needed to provide provider coverage.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Graduation from an accredited PA or NP program.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the practice team.
• Previous experience in allergy, asthma, primary care, or a related specialty preferred.
• Flexibility to work at multiple office locations when coverage is needed.
