Engineering Manager, Platform Security

Code Red is Partnered with one of the most innovative companies in the world. They are a late-stage unicorn tech company, located in San Francisco.

What you’ll do:

• take over a small, high-performing team (direct reports)
• lead hiring for the team and planning for next year's headcount
• 60% leadership and 40% individual contributor role
• combo team - made up of platform security, IAM, and CI/CD security

• ability to push, mentor, and manage extremely senior security engineers

*Direct-Hire/Permanent, 3x/week hybrid - East Bay*

[$300K-$350K base + $125K-$150K equity (~$450K TC/year)]
