Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney | Uniondale, NY – $200K+ Potential + No Billables
Location/Schedule: Uniondale, Long Island. Initially office-based, with potential for one remote day per week once established.
Base Salary: Experience-dependent, with approximately $200K+ possible for a proven attorney, plus an annual bonus.
Practice: Plaintiff-side personal injury and serious negligence litigation.
Our client is an established Long Island plaintiff firm that has recovered more than $1 billion for injured clients. The firm is growing its litigation team and is seeking an attorney who wants exposure to significant personal injury, medical negligence, nursing-home and other complex plaintiff matters.

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Manage plaintiff personal injury matters through litigation and resolution.
- Handle depositions, discovery, motions and court appearances.
- Work with medical experts and evaluate complex injury and damages evidence.
- Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for mediation or trial.
- Communicate directly with clients throughout the litigation process.
Requirements:
- Approximately three to seven years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
- Active New York Bar admission.
- Strong litigation, drafting and case-management skills.
- Deposition and trial experience are highly valued.
- Ability to work from the Uniondale office.
