Serac is a global OEM building filling and capping machinery for the food, beverage, and packaging industries. Our automation team brings brand-new machines to life on customer floors around the world.
⚙️ What You Will Do
- Commission and start up new filling and capping systems at customer sites
- Develop, modify, and deploy PLC and motion control software on Allen-Bradley platforms
- Troubleshoot control systems both remotely and on-site
- Support shop builds and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Run functional and risk analyses with design teams and document the work
- Train customer and internal personnel on new automation functions
✅ What You Need
- Hands-on PLC and motion control programming, Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 / ControlLogix (Siemens a strong plus)
- Skilled in Structured Text, Ladder Logic, and Function Block programming
- Experience troubleshooting industrial controls: VFDs, HMIs, SCADA, instrumentation, 480VAC equipment
- BS in Electrical Engineering OR 2-5 years on filling, packaging, or OEM machinery
- Comfortable traveling up to 50%, sometimes on short notice
- Strong written and verbal communication for documentation, collaboration, and training (English required)

- Familiarity with safety standards and tools (NFPA 79, SISTEMA, Safety Automation Builder)
- Prior commissioning or field start-up experience on packaging or filling lines
