The Role

We're hiring paid, part-time interns for our North Brunswick, NJ office. This role is ideal for master's students who want to work alongside their program, with flexible hours (20–30/week) built around your class schedule and on-site presence in North Brunswick.

You'll work directly with our Engineering team on real projects across AI tooling, technology, engineering, and business operations. This isn't a coffee-run internship. You'll see how a consulting business actually runs and build tools that people use every day.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds. Whether you come from civil, environmental, geotechnical, or another engineering discipline; have experience in the civil or construction industry; or are studying computer science, AI, or data, there's a place for you here. Some of our best ideas come from people who connect engineering know-how with technology.

What You'll Do

• Build internal automations using AI coding tools such as Claude Code.

• Support engineering and consulting workflows across active projects.

• Help manage projects and operations across a multi-company group.

• Work with engineers and leadership to identify problems and develop practical solutions.

• Document processes and tools so the team can use them long after you've built them.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master's program (Engineering, Computer Science, AI/Data, MBA/Management, or related).

• Prior experience in engineering or management.

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding agents is strongly preferred.

• Self-directed, with clear communication skills.

• Curious about how a business actually runs.

• Able to work on-site in North Brunswick, NJ.

• Work authorization required.
