The Role
- Handle Foreclosure Litigation and Proceedings: Represent lenders, servicers, and other stakeholders in foreclosure matters, managing cases from initial review through resolution and contributing to effective case strategy.
- Perform Strategic Legal Research: Analyze foreclosure statutes, case law, regulations, title issues, and applicable procedural requirements to support well-informed legal strategies and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Draft and Manage Foreclosure Documents: Prepare and review pleadings, motions, notices, discovery materials, settlement documents, and other legal filings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage Case and Client Matters: Coordinate foreclosure cases, monitor deadlines and procedural requirements, communicate with clients and opposing counsel, and work to advance matters efficiently toward resolution.
